Originally from Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, Msingati is a driven entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for sales, marketing, leadership and developing people.

He founded Genesis Direct Marketing to build an organisation on growth, consistency, discipline, leadership and excellence — and to prove that a sales business can be judged on the calibre of the people it produces as much as on the revenue it generates.

His conviction is straightforward: successful organisations are built by investing in people. Through strong leadership, mentorship, teamwork and a results-driven culture, he continues to work towards building an organisation that makes a lasting impact in the sales and marketing industry.
