Mr D Rannona leads the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Directorate for the City of Matlosana, overseeing crucial infrastructure systems including electricity distribution, public lighting, mechanical services, and technical maintenance operations throughout the municipality.
With over 18 years of experience in engineering management, Mr Rannona holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa. His expertise spans power distribution systems, infrastructure modernization, energy efficiency initiatives, and maintenance optimization strategies that have significantly improved service reliability across the region.
