Mr Keaobaka Dial Boikanyo serves as the Director of Public Safety for the City of Matlosana, leading critical emergency and protection services to ensure the safety and security of all residents across the municipality.
With over 15 years of experience in public safety administration, Mr Keaobaka Dial Boikanyo holds qualifications in Emergency Management and Public Administration. His career has been dedicated to developing integrated safety systems and enhancing emergency response capabilities throughout the region.

Our department is committed to providing professional, efficient, and responsive public safety services through proactive planning, community engagement, and coordinated emergency management. We aim to create an environment where all residents can live, work, and thrive with peace of mind.
The Public Safety Department is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all residents and visitors in the City of Matlosana. We provide essential emergency services, law enforcement, traffic management, and disaster response capabilities to protect lives and property.
Our mission is to create a safe and secure environment for all citizens through professional and responsive public safety services, community partnerships, and effective emergency management.
Our Traffic Services Division manages traffic flow, enforces road safety regulations, and provides driver licensing services throughout the City of Matlosana.
The Law Enforcement Division enforces municipal by-laws and regulations, working closely with the South African Police Service to maintain public order and community safety.
Our Fire and Emergency Services provide fire suppression, rescue operations, and emergency medical services to protect lives and property throughout Matlosana.
The Disaster Management Division coordinates emergency preparedness and response to both natural and man-made disasters to mitigate their impact on the community.
Our Security Services Division provides protection for municipal assets, facilities, and events to ensure the safety of staff and visitors to municipal premises.
The Road Safety Education Division implements programs to educate communities about road safety practices and reduce traffic accidents within the municipality.
